These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between You (the "Subscriber" or "User") and LexStudia ("Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"). By using the Services, you are confirming that You have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Company provides an online educational service designed to assist students in preparing for various examinations. The Services include, but are not limited to, access to educational content, interactive resources, and support services.

C. User Registration and Account Integrity:
  1. To fully utilize the Services, You must register and create an account, providing truthful and accurate information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account details and for all activities under Your account.
  3. You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account.
D. Use of Services:
  1. The Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Us.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

G. Amendments to Terms:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the changes.

H. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

J. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

K. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.

L. Dispute Resolution:
  1. In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof, the parties hereto shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties.
  2. If the parties do not reach such a solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or disagreements shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Law of Bangladesh, under its rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
M. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold LexStudia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions and/or any breach of Your representations and warranties set forth above.

N. Termination:
  1. LexStudia may terminate Your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with Your membership.
  2. If You wish to terminate Your account, You may do so by following the instructions on the Site or through the Service. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.
  3. All provisions of the Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
O. Subscription Fees and Payment:
  1. LexStudia offers various subscription plans for its Services. The applicable fees for such Services are set forth on the Site and are subject to change. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
  2. By subscribing to the Service, You authorize LexStudia to charge Your payment provider now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. You also authorize LexStudia to charge You for any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on Your subscription payments.
P. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  1. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in the account settings section of Your profile. If You cancel Your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current subscription period.
  2. LexStudia does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unwatched LexStudia content.
Q. Modifications to the Service and Prices:
  1. LexStudia reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days’ notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the LexStudia Site or the Service itself.
R. User-Generated Content:
  1. LexStudia may allow You to post content, including comments, pictures, and other materials. Anything that You post or otherwise make available on Our Service is referred to as ‘User-Generated Content.’ You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User-Generated Content You post to LexStudia.
  2. By posting any User-Generated Content, You grant LexStudia a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, display, and perform the User-Generated Content in connection with the Service.
S. Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the Service, You consent to the collection and use of Your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
